HIMGA PLAYING PROCEDURE
PLAY STARTING 4 APRIL 2023
18 HOLE PLAYERS
1.
All Players must SIGN UP at the
Clubhouse BEFORE 2 PM Monday the day prior to
play.
THERE WILL BE A SIGN UP SHEET/ ROSTER ON THE CORK BOARD IN THE
HALLWAY BETWEEN THE PRO-SHOP AND BALLROOM.
YOU WILL NEED TO SIGN NEXT TO YOUR NAME
IF DESIRING TO PLAY THE NEXT EVENT.
See Date on Roster!
IF YOU ARE A CURRENT MEMBER OF HIMGA (DUES PAID) AND YOUR NAME IS
NOT ON THE ROSTER - PRINT YOUR NAME at the END, AND SIGN
NEXT TO IT.
AT 2PM MONDAY THE ROSTER WITH ALL ENTRANTS WILL BE PICKED UP.
THE PRO-SHOP WILL MAKE A COPY AND USE THIS TO
DEDUCT $5.00 FROM YOUR
ACCOUNT.
A NEW ROSTER WILL BE PUT ON THE BOARD WITH THE FOLLOWING WEEKS TUESDAY
PLAY DATE AND TYPE OF EVENT.

2.
The Player SHOULD HAVE MONEY ON THEIR ACCOUNT TO pay their $5.00 plus
any fees required.
MAKE ARRANGEMENTS TO PUT MONEY ON YOUR ACCOUNT PRIOR TO THE START OF THE
SEASON. This also precludes
you from having to check in with the Clubhouse Tuesday Morning.
If you do not have money on your account you must pay the
Clubhouse Tuesday morning before play, $5.00 plus any other fees you may
need to pay, ie.cart rental, green fees.
3.
YOUR Group/Team and TEE TIME will be on the
HIMGA.ORG webpage Monday afternoon/evening.

If you don’t see it REFRESH your Browser.
4.
Score cards will need to be picked up by the “A” Player Tuesday morning.
The Teams/Pairings will be posted on the deck also approximately
an hour before Tee Times.
5.
TEE TIMES will begin at 9AM
(April, May, Sep., Oct) 8AM June, July, August.
TEE
TIMES will be every 8 Minutes.
It is Very Important that you TEE Off ON TIME.
It
is also Very Important that you KEEP UP WITH THE GROUP IN FRONT OF
YOU.
6.
After the Round Drop Off Your SCORE CARD in the Pro Shop.
If there is no card it will be
assumed Did Not Finish, No Refunds.
IF YOU DID NOT SIGN UP ON THE
ROSTER, DON’T SHOW UP TUESDAY MORNING INTENDING TO PLAY.
